Efsun Yüksel Tunç is the Founder and Managing Director of Indus Consulting and Indus Global Consulting UK, with more than 30 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, organisational transformation and management consulting.

She has worked with over 200 organisations across a wide range of industries, designing and delivering leadership, sales, culture transformation and employee experience programmes. Based between London and Istanbul, Efsun works internationally, supporting organisations in developing people-centred leadership and sustainable business cultures.

An accredited executive coach and leadership consultant, she combines extensive business experience with expertise in coaching, organisational development and behavioural sciences. She is passionate about empowering leaders, strengthening collaboration and creating meaningful professional communities.

As the Founding President of EWMD UK, Efsun is committed to building an inclusive network that connects, supports and inspires women leaders across the United Kingdom while strengthening collaboration within the international EWMD community.
