Beate Roos

Beate Roos joined the EWMD International Board as Director Digital in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in the IT industry. She has held leadership roles in major companies and, in recent years, has focused on coaching and consulting, supporting leaders and teams through complex transitions and conflicts.

In addition to her work as an IT business coach, mediator, and conflict coach, Beate has recently expanded her expertise to AI consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As an AI enthusiast and host of the AI Empowerment Hub Community, she is passionate about helping women and businesses navigate emerging technologies and leverage innovative tools.

For Beate, EWMD is more than a network—it is a space for inspiring women to connect, support one another, and work together to create a better future. She envisions EWMD expanding its reach and impact, empowering even more women worldwide to drive positive change.

Outside of her professional life, Beate enjoys great food but prefers to stay out of the kitchen. While many see her as outgoing and extroverted, she considers herself quite the opposite.

As Director Digital, Beate is committed to enhancing EWMD’s digital presence, strengthening its online community, and ensuring that technology supports the organization’s mission of empowerment, inclusion, and leadership.
