Robert Baker has been a passionate supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout his 40 plus year consulting career. He now runs his own business, focusing on delivering keynotes, workshops and coaching for business executives to help them develop their inclusive leadership skills and so build diverse and inclusive workplaces.
He is a Board member of European Women on Boards, responsible for D&I Strategy, and is a Trustee of UN Women, UK. Robert is Disrupter in Residence in DE&I on the Global MBA Program at EDHEC Business School and also a visiting lecturer on Male Allyship at the University of Amsterdam Academy.
In recognition of his work in gender balance, Robert was named a Top 50 Trailblazer in Gender Equity in January 2023 by We Are The City and was awarded as Corporate Male Champion of the Year 2024 by Women in Management.
Michelle is 21 years old and the Head of Consulting at the company ZEAM in Switzerland. ZEAM is a Generation Z agency that helps companies in the DACH region, such as Porsche, Allianz, and Vodafone, to connect, interact, and understand the relevance of young people as customers and future employees.
In her daily work, she aspires to encourage cross-generational exchange and cooperation between Gen Z, also referred to as True Digital Natives, and economic decision-makers. She wants to empower young thinking in a world ruled by older generations.
Additionally, she is committed to advancing gender equality, striving to bring young women and men together.
Passionate of the transformative power of mentoring and networking, she firmly believes that learning and being able to take on the experiences and opinions of others is what enables us to grow and develop in a way that would otherwise be unthinkable.
In her previous positions, Mayte has been director in the areas of Operations and Technology, specialized in the development and implementation of innovative models, leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams in different countries, providing service to all the geographies where Banco Santander operates. She currently leads several strategic HR projects globally.
She believes in talent management from a new employee-centred perspective, putting people into value to find, develop and project their best version in a changing, complex, and digital environment.
She is co-founder of Santander Women Network and President of Women in Banking in Spain. As a mentor, she collaborates in initiatives, both within and outside the Santander Group, supporting directors, university students with disabilities and young people at risk of exclusion.

Mayte holds a degree in Economic and Business CC from Complutense University and a master’s degree in Digital Business and in Disruptive Technologies in The Valley. Tulia Lopes is a Communication Architect. She empowers professionals to amplify their influence and impact in every speaking situation. Drawing from her decade-plus career and architectural expertise, she deconstructs communication barriers to foster genuine connections.
With leadership roles in multinational corporations and project management in 40+ languages, she champions effective communication's transformative potential. She has been awarded Women of Excellence by the Women Economic Forum in La Hague, and "Distinguished Toastmasters" for outstanding accomplishment and leadership excellence within the organisation.
She is an international speaker and trainer, having shared her message and knowledge on stages and rooms all over the globe. She is the author of "Leading in High Heels," and is currently the President of the Professional Speakers Association of Spain.

Saskia Listle is the founder of the Academy of Future Skills, a consultancy on the future of our skills. She is a bridge builder between humans and tech - two things that are inherently intertwined but too often artificially separated.
Today Saskia is helping companies to draw on their full digital potential to create a better product, service or working environment. She is also an activist for diversity and equality in the digitalization sphere and helps underrepresented groups gain a voice in creating the future.

Nohelis Ruiz Arvelo is a consultant for extraordinary talents, a strategist, trainer, and keynote speaker specializing in networking and professional positioning. She holds degrees in Diplomacy and International Relations (UCV), DEUG in Economics and Management (Paris-Sorbonne), and various Masters in Negotiation, Marketing & Product, e-commerce & Social Networks, and International Business IT Certification (BIT). She is the author of "Triunfa haciendo Networking" (2016), "Networking Para Dummies" (2018), and "Iniciar el Nuevo Mundo" (2020). "Registro Oficial de Sueños" (Cuaderno de trabajo 2023). Jara Pascual is CEO of Collabwith, author of the book "Innovation and Collaboration in the Digital Era". Consultant and professor at different universities. Board member of the K4I Innovation Forum at the European Parliament.
