As Associate Director, Omnichannel Engagement, I drive digital transformation, customer-centric engagement models, and cross-functional collaboration across markets. My career spans diverse roles in project and process management, always guided by a strong commitment to innovation, strategic alignment, and meaningful organizational impact.

Grounded in an academic background in Sociology and extensive experience leading complex projects and strategic initiatives, I bring a distinctly human-centric and purpose-driven leadership approach. I am motivated by creating environments where people can thrive, by transforming complexity into clarity, and by ensuring that innovation genuinely serves human needs.

I have been an active member of EWMD for two years and, since February 2026, serve as Co-President of EWMD Austria together with Margit KlimaâBencic. My passion for digital innovation, coupled with my experience in international environments, shapes my vision for a modern and connected EWMD — an organization that strengthens women’s leadership across generations and creates lasting value for those who come after us. Our work aims to build a foundation of female leadership that exists beyond clichés and constraints, fostering a space where women lead authentically, confidently, and on their own terms.
