What was your motivation to join EWMD and why should others join?
When we empower others to succeed, we all win. I believe in full gender equality and the empowerment of women across all spheres of society.
Since I joined EWMD (Reggio-Modena chapter) in 2021, I have had the opportunity to meet many extraordinary women, which added value to my professional and personal life. 
Change is needed now more than ever and I strongly believe that only together we could really make an impact. 

What is your motivation to cover the role as Digital Director? 

Joining EWMD international as Digital Director is both an opportunity and a responsibility.
My goal is to optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and ecosystem. I will be working with a successful team in a dynamic environment and I will do my best to manage the digital presence and activities of EWMD.
