EWMD ITALY – EVENT FOR CORPORATE MEMBERS IN ITALIAN

On October 13, 2022, from 6 pm to 7.30 pm EWMD Italy will hold the webinar "Yolo Economy and Great resignation: the challenges for the Human Resources Department in the near future" moderated by Daniela Bandera –Sociologist of organizations and work, and Past President of EWMD Italy - with Tina Rusciano, President of EWMD Naples.
A qualified panel composed of Paola Ligabue, Recruiter and international consultant, International Co-President of EWMD International Network, Renato Goretta, Entrepreneur, owner of Gesta and member of the National Presidency Council of SME within Confindustria, Giuseppe Millico, National Account Manager of Indeed and Ilenia Montanari, HR Manager of Tecomec, will discuss of the Yolo Economy in the Italian reality.  The theme will be examined in all its aspects: from the mismatch between demand and labor supply to the role that employer branding assumes in the loyalty of its collaborators and attraction of people who can bring value to the company. The aim is to understand the changes brought to companies by the individual’s orientation, which aims at taking a greater entrepreneurial risk, in the workplace, leaving the security of a steady job. EWMD Italy’s event aims to start reflections and rethinking allowing us to identify new ways to respond to those needs that are expressed through a YOLO philosophy of life and choices that can sometimes seem incomprehensible if examined according to the traditional paradigm of life-work balance.
