Exciting and inspiring time last weekend during the Lake Constance Talks 2024 Edition - the yearly EW  MD signature initiative!

What a wonderful imperfect event! Last weekend the EWMD ladies came together to talk about the Return On Failure. How can we embrace errors when they happen, and why it is important to share them and talk about them?

Together with Helene Banner, Mareile Poettering and Bettina Wenko from #fuckupnightstirol we experienced all the facets of failure and had deep, meaningful conversations that will live with us for quite a while!
