Last weekend, the 2026 Mentoring Program of EWMD officially launched in Munich. Ten mentoring tandems began a 12-month journey designed to foster shared learning, cross-generational growth, and professional development.
Mentoring has a proven impact on career progression, self-confidence, and personal growth. At EWMD, we believe that leadership development is most effective when it is relational and reciprocal. Our 2026 program is built on the principle of co-mentoring “Give & Take”: experienced leaders share their leadership experience, strategic insight, and knowledge, while emerging leaders contribute new perspectives, skills, and innovative thinking. Everyone benefits from the exchange.
The program combines 1:1 mentoring sessions with collaborative workshops, offering a structured learning journey over the course of 12 months. Participants also benefit from cross-chapter and cross-industry exchange, building networks that extend beyond individual tandems.
The Kick-Off in Munich created an atmosphere of openness, curiosity, and inspiration. Conversations were lively, perspectives were challenged, and energy flowed across the room, perfectly reflecting our 2026 motto: Now.Build.Tomorrow.Together.
This initiative exemplifies how EWMD continues to strengthen leadership that lasts and how our network creates tangible, lasting impact for women across generations and industries.
